So basically I was hitting chest with one of my friends and he suggested we do flies. now normally i dont do flies and I only do barbell flat bench dumbell incline bench so it was pretty unusual movement for me but I said ok why not. But the thing is I didnt feel my chest at all, 0 chest activation. You know what I felt?? my fucking bicep, cause my biceps are tiny compare to the rest of my physoqie.
Maybe its because i dont train biceps cause I only do pullups and rows and thought biceps would be hit enough. but apparently not. And then after that we did preacher machine curls and he strength mogged me. So i gotta start training biceps now ig.
