A lot of yall cope with "I will get to -5 body fat and not be bloated". The brutal thing about bloatpill is that getting to extremely low body fat percentages isn't even healthy. You have fat in your body for a reason, if you are 15% body fat and still bloated it is your genes.
The brutal bloatpill is that the reason you have so much fat on your cheeks is due to your natural genetic fat distribution. Thats the reason why certain women have big asses and some dont. If you lose more and more fat yes you may lose some of that bloatedness but in the end you are just going to make yourself go to unhealthy body fats just for a temporary leanness in cheeks
