avg sikh is like between 5ft9-5ft11 range,and most of them shifting more toward 6ft side rather then below 5ft9,with a relatively large amount of giants,north punjabis are usualyy 6ft/5ft11 to 6ft1
,i just dont like when people for no reason just have to brought up our people in random convo
sikhs are defi taller then most afghan and arabs and monogolid asians ,maybe on avg not taller then hardcore iranians and iraqi levetant people

I think most sikh punjabis in Canda are the southern/eastern Jatts from Moga/Chandigarh/ludhiana
