A brutal chin area can be fixed relatively easily with bimax, gonion implants, or wraparound implants, there are many options. It is pretty easy to get right with minimal complications. However, an eye area that is not ideal is not easy to fix. first, if PFL or ICD is not ideal you may have to get a box osteotomy or other major surgery which is very invasive and very expensive.
