Tho I think only Neanderthals (natural European humanoids) had resistance to cold. Apperantly white skin has to do with change in diet since Europeans were dark skinned for very long

Europeans on average have a little more resistance to cold due to Neanderthal dna not found in Africans who are pure homosapiens. Tho I likely also have a lot of Neanderthal dna since most groups of ppl have it except native Africans

Even then no human can withstand cold as much as heat likely only pure Neanderthals with little clothing
