Not destroying the british troops at dunkirk allowed Britain to stall Germany for a while. That was a brutal mistake tbh. Britain would have surrendered if they had captured the troops.

I honestly think that lost them the war. If it werent for that the USSR invasion would have been much more smoother since they wouldnt be fighting on multiple fronts.

Yeah, but the war with the USSR was kind of inevitable at that point. In all honesty, he went too far too fast.

If Britain had surrendered, Im sure that Germany could have focused more resources on the USSR Invasion. It was a war of extermination afterall against the USSR. It was the best time to strike since the red army was unprepared af. It went pretty fucking good early on but strategic mistakes like how they kept going in even after winter came was horrible.

They had a chance if it werent for some military blunders early on/later on.
