No dude, its environmental. They have more chance to have good upbringing / genes resistent to this shitty environment / Good epigenetics because of good habits by his ancestors. But in the end if the person dont have a good nutritional hard diet, isnt breasfteeded, dont exercise, dont have good posture, is stressed, dont go a lot in the sun he will not reach his peak. Not only that but even his parents and grandparents habits have an influence, if they eated a completely garbage processed diet for example.

Both my parents weren't even that poor genetically and yet produced 2 fat cells and a severe mental train wreck with me. But they're nearly 40 when they had kids.

U say about iq and dont see u r the one who is not thinking deeper. These people simply have genetics that are more resistant to modern environment, or simply have a better environment than average (Not hard) and no people would of course have look differences and some would be better looking, but not much, not even close to what is nowadays, where exactly these examples you give are treated like gods. This shouldnt happen. Everyone should have proper growth.
