Brutal family relationships

Everyone in my family loves me and each time I do something they compliment me for doing it. Yet I stay on my phone all day rotting on .org or playing fortnite and acnh. Never study yet getting high results. I belive all this bc I look good cause some girls friends of mine said that my English teacher thinks I m the most beautiful guy at school. And i belive it's the same for my oarents cause my half brothers from a balding manlet are perceived as annoying yet they do what they re told study a lot and go to sports club.
