I shouldn't be posting this on this retarded psychopathic forum attracting mean comments making fun of her but I feel extremely bad for this lady. Can't imagine being this lady and how poorly people must treat you.

The only way she can have such poor development is through mouth breathing.

From what I've seen it's mouthbreathing that creates this look. You can ask plastic surgeons yourself.

I looked something like this as a child.

This was maybe 3 or 4 or 5. Already had strong facial development. I didn't reach my potential due to mouth breathing owing to asthma and blocked nose.

When I live in cold climates I generally have wheezing even now as a 35 year old adult.

My asthma only goes down and I can breathe very well when I run fast/sprint for 1 hour.

Even now burpees give me breathing difficulties.

I need surgery to open up my left nostril because I seldom breathe through it.

i have the exact same thing, wtaf i didnt know it had that big of an effect, im severely allergic to dust and cats, and my sister got a cat when i was 6 since then its been hard to breathe, im not crazy recessed but my facial structure looked better when i was younger (way stronger), thats brutal. but im not severely recessed

Yeah just pm me. My best advice is that you ask clinical beauticians, modelling agencies and plastic surgeons for advice if you can afford the money. They are more professional.
