even the gym cant fix my wide hipcel narrow frame cel ass

Any tips?
Im 14 but these are genetic. My dad and brother is framecel. My wide hips come from being over weight in childhood

-over devolved Trapezius muscles
-WTF IS WRONG pectoral muscles ITS OVA
-deltoids underdeveloped
trapezius effecting posture slight tilt

-Protruding collar bone on left side ,due fractured clavicle at birth / uneven muscle development

-Gracilis more developed than Rectus femoris
that's not even mentioning the body ratios

Youre only 14. You have a lot of growing and changes coming until you are like 22. In the meantime, focus on lifting. I've noticed people who lift through their teenage years often have better "frames" than people who don't. It's not just muscle either. Something to do with how the body adapts during puberty to elevated hormones from lifting or something like that.

Make sure you are lifting, doing cardio, eating lots of protein/fats and going heavy. Sleep a lot, get leaner than you are now cause being between 10-15% bf is best for muscle growth. Get your bench up high.
