framepill and heightpill might be the modt brutal pill out there. U can train as much shoulders as u want ull never reach a 24 inch bidelt if your not blessed. Frame, weight and height are such a huge factor when it comes to beeing respekted and u cant change any besides weight wich wont change shit. Id say the sweet spot it 6‘4 with a 24 bildent and around 220 lean
