Strength and hyperthrophy are not the same thing. You can look like a manlet alpha and still can't hit the 100s mark on a bench. You can look like a lanklet and yet bench 110kg.

The brutal reality is that if you're lean, you'll always be dyel in normal clothes unless you have elite genetics, have avarage genetics but on high doses of steroids, you wear too small clothes or 'special' try hard looking clothes for gymrats

They are correlated heavily. Its very unlikely that big dude is weak.

I’ve seen somebody who benched 335 who looks small. I don’t think you’re guaranteed to look big until you can bench 405, then it’s impossible to not be jacked.

Since a 405 bench requires so much stabilization from other muscles such as the upper back, and that’s the point where your weakest link won’t let you bench it.
