I dont know where he gets this idea that indians are uniquely poor or garbage people. In the united states indians are the highest earners by race in U.S. census data. They occupy all kinds of high level positions like doctors, teachers, engineers, and this is the case for almost every immigrant indian population in canada, many african countries, japan, the unites states, etc. It seems that he just looks at poor indians in south asia and extrapolates to the rest of the world. But you could do that in any country if you go to the slums and ghettos
