i have a friend who's skinny as fuck (i saw him go on a scale in front of me and the result said 58kg.) he said he eats a lot yet is still thin which is complete horseshit as i know this guy all too well. every time i have been with him he never finishes his food, he barely eats food at home as he has a skinny single mom, he doesn't even snack to make up for it or anything like that.

I've been on a perfect diet since January 1st. 100% clean - 0% junk. The unhealthiest food I have eaten so far is bread. Which I consider almost-junk and avoid as much as possible.
Hit the gym. Lose 28kg. Cut down to 87kg. You need to at least try losing weight and gymcelling before you give up.
Honestly, will power just factors it in the beginning. After you go without junk food for a while, your body gets used to it; both in terms of not needing it and also not suffering the drawbacks from it.
