I know my infras are not ideal but I’m just wondering how brutal they really are.

And if they’re that bad, should i do implants or grafting?

I think me being on accutane and lean also contributes to the lack of thickness and fat on that area but it’s brutal

Yes, accutane dries you're under eyes which leads to more hollowing and a lack of fat support underneath. Your infrastructure alone isn't that recessed and not visible unless they analyze your face which most girls won't. It being purple is a miscellaneous feature you can fix it while having recessed infras. Hope this help's.
