your intelligence isn't just how much shit you've memorized or the extent of ur proven conceptual understanding of hard stuff because that could be done by lots of people just given enough time
preformance iq and working memory is half the battle and if you can't recite more than ten digits on the number sequence test, if you don't have an above average reaction time, you can't do large calculations purely in your head thing 24x15, you can't quickly problem solve and navigate in a fast moving spatial environment like while driving, playing a sport, or even a video game, then you simply aren't very high IQ
