BRUTAL JAW (TRULY OVER?)

Help me with my situation

I'm 16 yo, 172cm (brutally short in denmark)

Personally i think my front profile is a 5.2/10 and my side is a 2.25/10
I have severe overbite and negative canthal tilt
My maxilla is recessed and i have low set cheekbones, is it truly over for me?
I also have one protruding ear, should i get otoplasty?
Im thinking of hopping on a height and dht stack, im thinking it would project my jaw and give me the dimorphism i truly need.
All advise is appreciated

obviously a clear cut candidate for double jaw surgery

yeah, i could probably get DJS through my orthodontist orthodontist to fix my overbite, but i dont really trust them since they mostly take the easy way to fix it by pulle my upper teeth back i have heard. but next time going to the dentist i will talk with them about it.

Make sure you dont extract for braces, and get damon braces. I had damon braces few years back and they made me look a lot better
