That's really unfortunate if he was looking for an aesthetic improvement from this. cant imagine going through recovery and finding that small of a change afterwards. it likely fixed his breathing though.

I believe he got 2mm Lefort/BSSO and 6mm genio

So it's basically like a genio with bimax more than a bimax with genio

Honestly it's not that bad
