i dont think so, some (very) popular idols still have decently masculine jaws, i believe that was his ideal but they just went too far and shaved too much

But they don't represent the majority. You're looking at it from a western perspective. Western beauty standards and Eastern beauty standards are different. They will think you're crazy if you tell them a strong lower third is a good thing lol.
