Isn't this normal for sweets? An 85g chocolate bar has 550kcal, snickers are 540kcal per 100g, typical cookies are 480kcal per 100g.

I think the 450-550kcal per 100g range is normal nowadays for these types of sweets. The only ones that are lower are gummies or ice cream.

they have all kind of sweets (not western deserts) and try to feed me too

and it tastes very good too btw
i ask them not to bring but i am the one taking the first bite always
