Apart from the fact that my therapist diagnosed me with avoidant–dependent personality disorder, I got tested again by a group of different doctors and my ADHD was confirmed, along with a reading disorder and dyscalculia.

i suspect i might have adhd but i dont wanna get it diagnosed

I mean adhd isn’t that bad but yeah i get you, i got asperger’s but tbh i think all these things come from improper gut microbiome

With the right meds, I think I'll be able to somewhat concentrate better. The only problem I think I won't be able to fix right away is my stimming in public.

I have braces on so I don't chew gum anymore but I used to compulsively chew gum.
