He’s not wrong. That’s why addictions and consumerism exist in the first place. We humans run off of chemicals such as dopamine. At least we are not

It is pretty brutal. It means it’s much harder to quit addictions then it seems. Probably also why despite this being a “looksmax” forum, many do nothing but rot.Not so brutal
How do you feel about blackpill theory being compatible with Christianity?Cringe
Obviously it is incompatible. We are called to behave righteously and to fulfill Gods will for us. If we choose not to do so, we are choosing the alternative which is to behave like uncivilized animals. We are called to rise above our fleshly desires—gluttony,hypergamy/lust, etc. If we choose to cave in and reject what God wants of us, we will reap the respective outcome and devolve into wild animals who don't have control over their carnal desires. How do you feel about blackpill theory being compatible with Christianity?
To me it seems awkward, a subset of different issues that make up the problem of evil.
Monogamy is virtue and yet God makes us into competitive organisms with little regard for anything other than replicating our DNA and all of our other behaviors derive from that.
TLDR: I’m more comfortable assuming we’re simply complex eukaryotes that appeared from the evolutionary processes rather than an “all loving” God as our actions demonstrate the contrary; doped apes motivated by biological imperatives
