Visually, the boy in the second photo has a substantially greater bideltoid (shoulder-to-shoulder) width than the boy in the first photo.

- First boy: shoulders appear relatively narrow/moderate, with a fairly straight shoulder line.
- Second boy: noticeably broader across the deltoids and upper torso, especially relative to his head and waist.
- Relative difference: I’d estimate the second boy’s apparent bideltoid width is roughly 15–25% greater than the first boy’s, though the photos have different poses, clothing, and camera perspectives.
