My philtrum is so bad that it significantly reduces my rating. I'm catching a huge brutal. The attached photos show a morph with a shortened philtrum. I look much better in them, and the perception of me in the photo with the sticker is much better.What is my current rate/could it be and with what operations?

Although morphs look great, reality is not so easy. Lip lift is the only solution, but if it goes overboard, then it can be dangerous. Appearance is more important than anything else.
