You don’t need to do much, Grow out your hair a lil bit, get the bodyfat % down a lil, try using topical tretinoin on the acne, try aqualyx on the fat below the chin which will most likely improve the chin/jaw area, either by getting it done professionally or doing research and doing it yourself carefully
