do bullhorn lip lift it shortens the philtrum and exposes more of the upper lip to fix your upper-to-lower lip ratio and long philtrum appearance without needing filler don't touch ur bone ur forward growth jawline and eye hooding are fine bimax or genioplasty would be overkill also u don't rlly need these yo

u could also do HA or micro-fat grafting which are nonsurgical or semipermanent option 2 bring the upper lip to the 1:1.6 ratio so ur lower lip stops dominating the profile.
