i'd say mtn rn, but you got potential for low htn i think. quickest fix would be your hair, it's just a bit flat and looks unkept. i could imagine you with the same haircut as baby stickley, wouldn't be such a drastic chance. and just debloat/lose fat, maybe darken eyebrows slightly and i think a little more tanned skin would look good
