Honest and brutal rating, im willing to take any comment and critisism, i cannot afford surgeries or any medical intervention, im a little broke and go to medical school, im 182cm and 79kg 19 years old , If anyone could help with any solution to look better or fix anything wrong please let me know and thank you

id say fix your radix(very important), get a canthoplasty when you have some money and the facial hair aint it
