180cm now and 16yo still continuing my cut for 10% bf, rate me and give tips

I have a lot of face fat and thats why my main thing is to cut down , when i pull my cheeks its more noticeable , but the short ramus and narrow third i cant fix

You are 16 there is still room for improvement just keep training and dont eat in a deficit since youre still in development

biggest insecurity was being overweight not getting noticed , i will get shredded this summer then start in a bit of a bulk , and get more calcium for bone growth

Good, but keep in mind getting noticed is not all about looks, dont go too deep down the rabbit hole

Look at me bro I’m like a htn and 6’2 and once a htb said she liked me and we spoke as we were in school together she asked am I a autist bc I couldn’t look her in the eyes and hold a convo I think it’s bc I was a ugly kid

i doubt i am either , but still nothing wrong with being yourself cuz being boring is dumb and id rather wait to find a girl that can keep up with me and be on the same page no matter how weird that sounds , so just improving and being consistent and things will happen sooner or later

they are micronutrients btw

to be more precise, calcium is a mineral, but it is still considered a micronutrient.
my point is: dont focus on just one nutrient, focus on having a diet that is as balanced as possible


id suggest learning about the nutritional value of raw meat and organ meats

well first of all , i am raised and born in bulgaria with a family with tens of generations here in bulgaria and i am nothing close to an immigrant , i doubt you know any world history or even your country’s history to know that bulgaria is one of the oldest countries in the world with the biggest culture . I cant expect more than from you as a retarted low iq american , typing some bullshit under my thread . My test is in the normal range i can send blood work ,as you said its low , don't lknow how you came to that conclusion . Also im not saying otherwise for the rating . i get it i have flaws , im not perfect , but i will find a way to improve my looks and my body, whilst people like you can only admire .
