Htn or near it. If I were you I would grow the hair out to middle lenght. You look alright already but a good haistyle could make you approach chadlite. I'm not saying your hairstyle doesn't look great but longer could get you far more appeal. Choose the style yourself, it can be curtains, slickback, side part, flow. Whatever you prefer and think suits you more.

It's not something I would do. Darker hair being better is bullshit, half of the planet would kill to be blond (and white). I wouldn't dye eyebrows either, letting aside that it might make you look worse actually, it's just a little bit pathetic to do don't you think so, and yours are far from looking bad.

Your skin looks great, you look fit, face is good, pheno is good. As I said try some slightly longer hairstyles, it makes a difference. Keep it clean and tidy.

Get good clothes and style if you don't already, have good hygiene, etc. Basic stuff, you don't need much else appearance-wise, it applies to most people.

You will not become supermodel looking, because genes and phenotype cap everyone at a certain looks levels, but you are good enough to live without stressing about being ugly for sure.
