You're a htn with good appeal, and I usually dont rate people high

Ur main issue is the height, since ur eighteen u can probably still blast some hgh before its too late but other than that maybe just wear shoes with bigger soles no need for leg lengthening since ur good looking enough for a girl to be interested in u even if ur only like 5'10 (u can larp to 5'10)
