the nose is throwing me off try tret creme + hydrocortisone for 3-6 months if you don’t see results get a rhino. But your already a good looking guy

hydrocortisone just shrinks the nose by reducing swelling from inflammation, it won't change the bone structure (obviously). You can try it but i dont think you have a lot of inflammation to begin with, you have clear skin in those photos. You can also try tretinoin
