nah don't starve yourself that's bad and will just malnourish yourself what you should do is just cut a little bit of kcals from your diet and start working out a little bit even if it's just cardio to drop some weight

and get an acne treatment from your doctors or something along with eating more meats and less goyslop/soft foods and possible start using a hard gum to build your masseter muscles to help widen your jaw making it more defined and helping pull your eye area a bit
