Why are his eyes so asymmetrical? How does this happen? Is one of his orbits lower than the other?

I have similar shit with my eyes, but less pronounced. Also, his stems from a different thing.

First of all, MOST of his asymmetry comes from the right eye ptosis. He needs ptosis repair and/or blepharoplasty.

Secondly, his right eye orbit is LOWER than the left one. This is top-rope deformity, since the only procedure to fix this is orbital box osteotomy.

I have my eyeballs one higher than the other, but not orbits. This can be "hidden" with carefully performed ptosis repair, and canthoplasty/lower eyelid retraction surgery to make the similar portions of "eye whites" visible. This is what this guy should do. If he does, then the asymmetry will not be as noticeable to anyone, if he doesn't,

I cope with the fact that some goodlooking people have eye assymetry (Topzcat here, Timothee Chalamet, Jake Gylenhall to name a few)
Alot of people you know irl also have this but you actually never noticed

Infact it is not as bad in motion only in pics it is noticeable

I went for a consult about ptosis, and my plastic surgeon told me I had uneven eyeballs
I NEVER saw it myself, but as soon as she mentioned it, I started noticing it EVERYWHERE...

And I always wondered why my girlfriend in the past never liked to take photos with me... he girl-friends probably looked at my drooping eyelid, and were like "does he have a stroke"

BDD is cope in that case as other can see it and it affects how they respond to you.

I doubt anyone would notice mild eye asymmetry right away until you point it out to them.
Srsly, i did not even see my OWN uneven eyeballs... what can we think about others then ...

Nah, i do not believe it is much noticeable TBH...

But after you realize these things yourself, it is impossible to "not notice" anymore... so I think BDD is a real deal.

I guess. Symmetry is overrated unless like one side of your face is melting.

Slightly uneven eyeballs won't affect your rating so much. You have a good jaw though. DK why you just don't leanmax.

I am leanmaxx at 13% now, this is why i have a good jaw
