Yes, it's not uncommon when a girl ascends to immediately dump her boyfriend and get an upgrade, there are many people here who fantasize of getting a fat girl for example(because they're supposed to be easier) and somehow convincing her to lose weight, so now they have a more attractive girlfriend.
However, this will almost never work, unless a Chad it would be almost impossible to convince her to lose weight and even if you would somehow succeed, she will quickly realize that with her new improved SMV, she now has better options and will quickly find a better guy.
