Ok several things not going right here.

Such severe deformities are caused and/or worsened by TMJ problems, tongue posture and mouth breathing, plus some genetics.

So have they checked his TMJs, are they healthy? Probably not. They should have been replaced with custom made TMJs.

Have they checked his septum and turbins in the nose, can he properly nose breathe? Probably not. Should have gotten a septoplasty and turbinoplasty as well.

And then, the surgical approach they have chosen is wrong for such severe cases. It's known that IMDO contrary to BSSO does NOT relapse, so he should have gotten a first massive BSSO and after that a months long IMDO therapy with no relapse.

Incompetent surgeons ruined his life and it's a fucking shame that some random looksmax user knows vetter than these fucktards.
