War is no longer fought the way you think it is. Its not about being more physically capable than your enemy and overpowering them. The most perfect specimen of a soldier you could imagine would be easily killed by some underage kid half his size with a sniper rifle. If you ever got drafted into some conflict you'd just be cannon fodder getting ambushed by some drone dropping an explosive hundreds of meters overhead. If you look at sites like theNYC you'll see that this is how the entire Ukraine war is being fought...far away from a safe distance.

Modern warfare is essentially just being a target for unseen enemies. Its truly all so cowardly and pathetic.
