good forward growth lacking infras but most people are I plan to get filler to help the tear trough luckily my eyes are deep set and my cheekbones are high just not prominent. Yours look mid set so you can get undereye filler too just don't augment zygos with filler as medium or low set filler looks really unaesthetic
