I disagree with this guy knocking looksmaxxing though. Properly thought out surgeries etc. can help some people a lot. I agree you reach a point where it's mostly just about maintenance though.

It looks like that area under the cheeks is way too sunken in and the lips dont contrast with that area at all having bad harmony or something.
