Narrow lips (especially almost microstomia level) is one of the worst falios to have and I believe it’s not discussed enough.
Genuinely a brutal fucking flaw; makes your nose look like shit, fucks up your lower third, and tremendously throws off overall facial harmony. Thin lips (vertical distance) is not as bad because that’s easy to fix with filler or fat grafting (not counting the braindead filler blind retards). However, for narrow lips, the only non-cope thing you could do is a commiusroplasty. A commisuroplasty is a surgery that repositions/reconstructs the corners of the mouth (oral commissures).
“If there’s a surgery for it, well then why is it such a bad flaw?” This surgery is not nearly as performed as other surgeries like a rhinoplasty or blepharoplasty, so the chances of finding a surgeon who is great and experienced at it is rare, especially while factoring in cost, location, and credibility/reputability. Another reason is the after result. This is one of the worst surgeries in terms of botching/scarring. Since the surgeon has to cut directly into the corners of the mouth, it will likely leave noticeable scarring that looks awful.
If yours are really that awful, I would go to the most experienced surgeon that has frequently done commisuroplasties and other lip procedures and discuss the risks of scarring. Make sure to only do a maximum of 3 millimeters, if you overextend, you’ll look like The Joker while simultaneously looking sub-5 and absolutely ridiculous. Maximize every other feature + have a low BF% before assessing this falio. Love you guys!

. My dad has wide lips. My mom has thick lips. I somehow got narrow thick lips
young right now though so hopefully it looks better fully post puberty with low BF% (giga-coping)
