hair is ok, but you should go to a proper stylist and get cut and styled better
nose is big and kinda off (not much you can do about that at 15)
eye area fine
chin rather narrow, so mew more (maybe it will do something, or maybe not)
lips are fine, although top lip very thin compared to bottom one

you look indian, but could maybe pass as south american or something..
