tips to improve? beyond the 1000 yard stare

bb cream, a little eyeliner (on your waterline, or just use a waterline pencil for that) and mascara, just a tiny bit. Eye whitening drops, something to increase your bigonial width as it isnt enough atm, mouth stretching for more width (not a cope). You can also use the mascara and eyeliner on your eyebrows to make them more symmetrical, straight, denser, positively tiled, or whatever

oral minoxidil if you want longer eyelashes denser eyebrows more hair on your scalp and better beard growth

damn thanks, i always thought my lips were my biggest flaw. whats my potential if i successfully do all these?

htn 100%, if you want to take it a step further also wear shoe lifts and fraud extra cms in your height although its already good, also dont forget as your bigonial width increases make sure your neck follows and grows too.
