well you should cruise on some testosterone and hgh, hgh wont help you grow since your 18 but it can help with your bone density and how you feel everyday.I have some photos of me I posted like a month ago but I want actually advice on how to ascend. I’m willing to cycle smt but idk what’s worth cycling, not hoping on tren but I’d be fine with smt like test. Also probably no way of me growing taller as it assume since I’m 18 my growth plates are closed

I mean lwokey I might see a little growth on it since my spinal and heel plates are probably still open but I doubt I’ll see even a cm of growth, but I have done like 0 research so do I need to take a thing with the test?
