Brutally long face in general. This is how I imagine many giga tall dudes in NL actually look. With very stretched face vertically.

Also another post on same subreddit, brutal maxilla, negatively retruded:

Wonder if it was due to mouth breathing or soft diet or whatever else. I mean can this much retruded maxilla be environmental? Idk...

both and genes are basically genetic mutations which are reactions and adaptions to environment
