In regards to the acne, I track all kcal and macros daily and have monitored my diet consistently for over the last year, but my health indicators are surprisingly the best of my family at my age--genetically inclined to hormonal acne as my great grandfather had horrific acne without the consumption of processed foods

Yes definitely sun over every artificial tanning solution, as for lycopene it will help with red/pink undertones

Dermatologist; been trying to remove acne w/ clindamycin and doxy for 9 months with no results, and I mentioned redness/itchiness around the bottom of the nose flaring up often, quite easy to get hydrocortisone prescribed ngl. I don't think it'll do anything for the giant bulb at the tip of my nose, though.
