Thank you brother. i run PPL and dont really rest unless i absolutely have to. Eat all the food you can if skinny. Push day is- incline smith, tricep pushdown, chest press, low to high fly, shoulder press, LAT RAISES. Pull is lat pulldowns, lat pullovers, t bar row, hammers, preachers, seated cable rows. 2x failure everything. I also alternate hitting abs and obliques everyday because they no longer got sore after a few months of training them.What upper body workouts did you do to get so yoked

Good luck brother. if you are consistient and actually care about it it will come easier and sooner than you thought. But if you dont really care and keep making excuses for yourself, you will have trouble and may quit before you mog. There are thousands of videos with information on how to be as optimal as possible based on what fits you... the non negotiable is to hit every muscle group atleast twice per week but there are many splits that can cover that. Yea man I just Been watching a lot of Arnold videos and trying to get his advice and advice from others and putting it into one collective . And they all really say the same thing about eating a lot, progressive overload, not overtraining the same muscle etc makes me wish I woulda started earlier (I’m 20)And honestly you dont even have to follow what i do... its just what has worked for me thusfar.
