Trainier(gym) und ernähr dich gesünder, vorallem proteinreich für mehr testo, bzw. knochenmasse. Halt mund immer geschlossen, mew und atme durch nase damit deine maxilla, mandibular insgesamt jaw sich positiv entwickelt.

Bro Denloaten mies schwer esse seit Jahren keine Süsigkeiten trinke viel wasser und trotzdem. Gym geh ich schon und für meine Akne nehm ich isotretinoin vom Hautarzt mit der zeit müssten die Narben davon auch noch weggehen
