brutally rate me and give me tips for my plan

This is my first post but ive been lurking on the forum for months. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

My failos are pretty obvious:

-skin texture
-hairline
-tear troughs

Im going to skinmaxx and also eyelash and eyebrowmaxx with some minox, but i want to focus on procedures.

My 100% going to get procedures:

- Hair transplant
-infraorbital saddle implant
-supraorbital fat grafting
-infraorbital fat grafting
-conservative upper lip fat grafting
-stroma for blue eyes

What im on the fence about:

-Infraorbital implant with saddle
-malar/zygo implant (which could be designed with and connected to the infraorbital implant)

So I dont have a lot of will or money to do a ton of surgeries, but i think those implants would help me the most. I would like to ask for advice and if you know any good surgeons for those implant surgeries (im not convinced with pag or ram). Should I do everything that i have listed? Am i missing something big? Would you recommend infraorbital implants or fat grafting

- Hair transplant (your choice here, i don't see it as necessary)
-infraorbital saddle implant (not worth it)
-supraorbital fat grafting (also not worth it)
-infraorbital fat grafting (the best option out of them all)
-conservative upper lip fat grafting (your choice here, but it won't do much)
-stroma for blue eyes (risky, not worth it)

What im on the fence about:

-Infraorbital implant with saddle (same as above)
-malar/zygo implant (which could be designed with and connected to the infraorbital implant) (if you do it, you gonna get a wider face thus closer looking eyes, and let's not forget width to length ratio getting destroyed, aka esr)

So from all of this, you only need 1-2 procedures at max.

big potential i dont think u need malar implant or if u need its just for 3 or 4 mm of projection or less also plan a potential midface lift after the implant it might be needed
