Well you might ascend through puberty. But you just don't got that good features/ratios. And ontop of that you got a little facefat and are boneless. But that's ofc expected when you are 14.

but seriously, 14 is very young. you have a good base. focus on developing good healthy habits, nature and puberty will take care of the rest.
