Man I have so fucking brutal bruxism.
And dude I can stop teeth grinding but my fucking tongue it never stops touching my teeth. When it's not touching my teeth it feels weird af. How do I fix it.

Book an appointment at an orthodonist and ask for a mouthguard.

I had a similiar issue and the mouthguard helped a lot, but mine was mostly at night.

Dude I grind my teeth at night too but like when I'm sleeping and bruxism starts. I'm at sleep but I know in teeth grinding and I want to stop it but I can't stop because I'm sleep and I can't awake on my own. Idk if you have had this experience?I have had it several times
